The Raw Carat collection is a result of painstakingly handpicking each gemstone - to ensure brilliant color and clarity. The stones characteristics are its size or color are matched to fit minimalist design elements - enhancing the natural beauty of the stone. And finally putting it all together to create a beautiful piece of jewelry that matches the persona of the wearer!
Why Sterling Silver?
Real 925 sterling silver jewellery consists of 92.5 per cent pure silver and the rest is typically copper. This is much different from silver plated, where a layer of silver is placed over another metal or alloy and can be scraped off or tarnished easily.
Sterling Silver is harder than fine silver and is specified for jewelry because it is more durable, less easily marred, damaged or bent than fine silver which is comparatively quite "soft".
Why White Rhodium Plating?
Rhodium-plated silver is sterling silver that is polished and dipped in Rhodium. It has a bright finish, similar to white gold items and it doesn't tarnish easily.
What gold-plating do you use?
We use 22k Gold for our Vermeil pieces. This plating is 2 micron or greater in thickness and will not wear away easily.
Why is my piece not exactly the same as shown in the picture?
The USP of our collection is that each raw gemstone is handpicked. Because they are unpolished, it is impossible to get two stones identical to another in colour, translucency, shape and size. Each gemstone is unique in itself. If you have any doubt about the piece you want to buy - we would be happy to guide you about the stone.
Will the silver tarnish?
Each and every piece of Raw Carat jewellery is White Rhodium plated. This ensures years of untarnished use. However, since the base metal is silver, it may oxidize and tarnish if kept in the open and exposed to moisture. So do store your Raw Carat jewelry in a closed box. If it does tarnish, all you need do is polish it with a clean, soft cloth.
How durable are your products?
Each piece of Raw Carat jewelry is created with immense care and pride. However, We do recommend that you remove your jewelry while engaging in any physical activity, do not expose to water or perfumes and store them carefully while not in use.
Will my jewelry snag my clothing?
Since our jewelry is made with raw stones which may have rough edges, we recommend you are careful when you wear clothing made of delicate fabrics.
How do I take care of them?
Always remember to wipe your Raw Carat jewelry with a clean, soft cloth only. Please do not wash these pieces with water or any detergent/chemical. Some stones may be sensitive to heat. Put on jewelry only after the use of oils, hairspray, cosmetics and perfumes, When not in use, please store in the original Raw Carat box or any other jewelry box for safekeeping.

Shipping & Returns
www.rawcarat.com is committed to delivering your order with high-quality packaging within given time frames. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book post or Speed post
Since these are handcrafted products, orders are dispatched within 3-4 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 9820226364 or email us at rawcarat@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Duties and Taxes
Since each country/region have different policies and duty structures and we at Raw Carat have no control over them, buyers will be responsible for any customs and import taxes and related delays that may apply.
What do I do if my order does not arrive
Please contact our customer service and inform them of the non-arrival of your order. We will track it for you and let you know of the status.
What if my order is incomplete or arrives in a damaged condition
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9538060607 or email us at rawcarat@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
What if I messed up and gave the wrong address
If you somehow have accidentally given us wrong the delivery address, please email the correct address to us in time. We will do our best to assist. The fastest way is to mail us your correct address before the order is shipped out.

How do I track my order
The moment you place your order, we will send you a confirmatory mail. And within the next day or two, you will receive another mail wherein your tracking details will be mentioned. By clicking on the link in that mail, you will be able to track your order easily, until it reaches you.
