www.rawcarat.com is committed to delivering your order with high-quality packaging within given time frames. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
To check whether we ship to your region is to type in your PIN code on any product page and click on the Verify button. You will get real-time information on whether we can ship prepaid or cash on delivery in your area.
** Please note that due to current Covid 19 restrictions and lockdowns, there may be a delay in delivery in some states. We regret the inconvenience.
How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?
Shipping within India is free. However, international shipping is specified separately and will be indicated at the shopping cart level.
For multiple products ordered to the same address (against the same order), only a one-time shipping charge is applicable.
Our prices are all-inclusive of all Indian taxes. All taxes are included with the list prices except for any taxes or duties, if applicable, in your region.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Since these are handcrafted products, orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days to metro cities within India. For non-metro Indian cities and international locations, customers can expect orders to reach them within 8-12 working days.
Please note that these schedules reflect the general guidelines and are subject to change due to weather or high traffic times. Most orders are delivered within 8 to 12 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
What if the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 9820226364 or email us at rawcarat@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
In the unfortunate event that your product has a manufacturing defect, Raw Carat will pay for your return delivery charges. We will either give you a full refund including delivery charges or provide a replacement product including delivery charges.
What are the conditions of return?
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind and want to return items.
Much as we would like to accept your returns at any time, in these Covid times for the sake of the safety and well-being of all concerned, products have been categorized as eligible/ineligible for returns. Thus products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective. Please note that raw/rough gemstones will have internal and external inclusions because we do not cut or shape these gemstones in any way - they are left as nature intended them to be.
Products that are eligible can be returned within 1 week (7 days) of being delivered.
Products eligible for return are:
a. Products that arrive damaged or defective
b. Products that are delivered in error
c. Products sold though a discount or sale
Should you wish to return an item please notify Raw Carat by e-mail (rawcarat@gmail.com) within 4 days if the products are damaged or defective or wrongly delivered. If the buyer fails to do so, the buyer will be deemed to have accepted the products.
Custom and Personalized items CANNOT be returned.
Refunds are given only as long as item is received in the same condition as when we shipped it to you. Items that are returned in a condition other than that in which they were sent out are not eligible for refunds.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes in their destination country.
If you return the item in good condition within 14 days of delivery, then you will receive a full refund minus delivery charges.
You remain fully responsible for Raw Carat products until they are received at our premises. Returned items must be sent by recorded delivery as no responsibility can be taken for lost goods in transit. Where returned products are found to be damaged due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Are Shipping Costs Refundable?
If you return an item or items because you have changed your mind, we will take items back within 14 days of receipt and refund your initial purchase price only...Please note that shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE.
Is cash on delivery available?
*PLEASE NOTE THAT BECAUSE OF THE ONGOING COVID SITUATION IN THE COUNTRY WE HAVE SUSPENDED COD FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL CONCERNED.
We offer only online payments as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) options within certain pin codes in India. All COD orders will incur a nominal fee of Rs 150 per order for handling/insurance. However, for certain PIN codes in India, we are able to offer only pre-paid online payment as an option. Please enter your PIN code on any product page to verify the shipping and payment options for your PIN code.
However, Cash on Delivery is not available for orders that are shipped outside of India. Please note that Cash on Delivery is possible only if :
- Our courier partners offer Cash on Delivery as an option to your PIN code
- The Billing Address and the Shipping Address are the same
- All COD orders will be confirmed via phone call
